        Welcome to Paradise and our beautiful Ocean Front NANI KAI HALE CONDO.
  We are located right on the Beach, famous and well known for its wonderful fine, powdery
                        sand, warmed by the tropical Hawaiian sun.  And the Best part………
                                                      it never gets crowded!!!

        Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit has incredible ocean views throughout the unit, even in the
       bedroom, and sleeps from 2 to 4 guest very comfortable.
       Our  CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING will keep you cool when needed.
       The unit is newly remodeled and has everything you could need for your stay
                                                                    away from home.

                       We just installed beautiful brand new MAPLE WOOD FLOORING,
                                                            (at the begin of April)
           and added new modern Panasonic plasma 42"TV in living room and
                                                     a Sharp LCD 32" in the bedroom.

Our 1 bd. 2 bath condo is on a quiet beach with gentle wind sheltered waves allowing you to
swim and play safely.

Here can sun-bathe and catch up on your reading right on the beach and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Or you can relax in the comfort of our soft green lawn with chairs & lounges provided for your convenience.


   So whether it’s reading, napping, relaxing or strolling along Six miles of soft sandy beach
                               you will enjoy our little retreat in paradise just like we do.

  And just as the Ocean view is FREE, we add in an extra Bonus during the winter month:

Our family selected this unit for our 2nd trip to maui. I was so very pleased when we arrived at unit 303. It's location on the ocean is just wonderful. The unit was well stocked with everything our family needed including , puzzles games and even a powerful computer and plasma TV. What we enjoyed most about this condo is the kid safe beach which fronts this property. It is not crowded at all like some beaches here and the wave action was perfect for our daughter who is no longer apprehensive about the water. In the morning we went downstairs for a free brunch. Our evenings were spent at the complex bbq area which is right at the beach. So convenient. I would highly suggest this unit to anyone. It was very clean, well supplied, and the owner was just wonderful to work with when we booked. Any family interested in coming to Maui on a budget should definetely contact our hostess. Thank you Dorli  for making this a magical time for our family. We will definetely be back!
