The backyard is very large and
and completely fenced in.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a wonderful save family atmosphere
Large, spacious living room allows full view of the garden and Bay.
If you like it bright and sunny you will love this house.

Mission Bay Park is the largest man-made aquatic park in the country, consisting of 4,235 acres.
That is approximately 46% land for walking , jogging and biking, with many playgrounds for children and adults.
54% is water for any water sports activities know to this planet.
It is a perfect location to fly a kite, have a family reunion picnic, celebrate a birthday, sail a model yacht or try out the new roller blades.
Fire rings make it possible to cook out and stay warm while enjoying the fireworks from Sea world.
Mission Bay Park also offers a variety of free opportunities to the public such as professional volleyball and Over-the-Line sporting events.

PAYMENTS DUE:
30% due at booking time to reserve any dates.
Full Payment is due for all bookings within 60 days of your arrival (90 days during PEAK season) Please e-mail if you need a different payment plan.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
You will be ask to pay a Damage Deposit of $ 500 into our Pay Pal account 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Assuming there is no damage to the property during your stay, the Deposit will be refunded to you within 9 days after your departure.
Or, if you provide us with you CC # to pay for your booking, no Damage Deposit is required, as we are using a Damage Waver protection policy outlined in the rental agreement.
No charge will be accumulated in this process.
You may also mail a check if you prefer.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES in RESERVATIONS:
*All Cancellations will incur a $ 200 non-refundable Fee. ($ 400 for Peak Seasons )
In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus this above fee,
written cancellations must be made within at least 60 days
(90 days for Peak Season) prior to your scheduled arrival.
*If a reservation is canceled with written notice, within the above days
you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented.
If the property is re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
* We can not move your reservation to other dates unless your original dates can be rebooked,
therefor the same cancellation rules as listed above apply.
WE ARE A PRIVATE OWNER AND CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE REFUND FOR DATES THAT WHERE RESERVED FOR YOU.
Even though we try very hard to re-book and most of the time it works,
we still REOCMEND THAT YOU RESEARCH THE OPTION OF TRAVELINSURANCE.

The location was perferct, we could just get in and out to all the activities the kids wanted to do.
Beach, Sea world, (6times in 7 days) ZOO, and the playground down the street.
We rented bikes once and did a 25 mile ride with no hills around all of Mission Bay. It's is absolutely a bikers DREAM. The next day the guys rented some kayaks. It all was so convenient, only 3 min. from your home and we avoided all the beach crowd and saved rental money too.
It was the truly perfect vacation for our whole family.!!!!!! Thanks so much again and hope to stay with you again very very soon.
