54% is water for any water sports activities known to this planet.
It is a perfect location to fly a kite, have a family reunion picnic, celebrate a birthday, sail a model yacht or try out the new roller blades.
Fire rings make it possible to cook out and stay warm while enjoying the fireworks from Sea world.
Mission Bay Park also offers a variety of free opportunities to the public such as professional volleyball and Over-the-Line sporting events.

5% for 2 weeks bookings

30% due at booking time to reserve any dates.
Full Payment is due for all bookings within 60 days of your arrival (90 days during Holiday season) Please e-mail if you need a different payment plan.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
You will be asked to pay a Damage Deposit of $ 200 ($ 400 for guests with children) into our Pay Pal account
2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Assuming there is no damage to the property during your stay, the Deposit will be refunded to you within 9 days after your departure.
Or, if you provide us with your CC # to pay for your booking, NO Damage Deposit is required, as we are using a Damage Waver protection policy outlined in the rental agreement.
No charge will be accumulated in this process.
You may also mail a check if you prefer.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES in RESERVATIONS:
*All Cancellations will incur a $ 200 non-refundable Fee. ($ 400 for Summer and Holiday Seasons )
In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus the above fee,
written cancellations must be made within at least 60 days
(90 days for Summer and Holiday Seasons) prior to your scheduled arrival.
*If a reservation is canceled with written notice, within the above days
you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented.
If the property is re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
* We can not move your reservation to other dates unless your original dates can be rebooked,
therefor the same cancellation rules as listed above apply.

Cancellations are always a sad thing and WE ARE A PRIVATE OWNER AND CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE REFUND FOR DATES THAT WHERE RESERVED FOR YOU. Thank you for understanding.

The condo is in a gated community with reserved parking
We are in walking distance to Mission Bay Park which is considered a recreation heaven for young and old. Being the largest man-made aquatic park in the country, consisting of over 4000 Acers (1/2 of it water)
there is something for everybody. Weddings, Reunions, and many other celebrations, picnic stations with fire rings, scenic paths for walking, jogging and biking, playground for children and fitness stations for adults are only a few possible activities to do.
The condo is considered in one of the most convenient locations.
Away from the late night beach partying but close enough to enjoy many beaches during the day.
