WOW, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT DORLI! HER PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WERE EXCEPTIONAL. WE WERE SAD TO SAY THAT DUE TO ATA AIRLINES GOING UNDER WE WERE FORCED TO CANCEL OUR TRIP.
HOWEVER DORLI WAS VERY CONSIDERATE IN GIVING US A FULL REFUND. WHEN THINGS CALM DOWN AND WE RETURN TO MAUI YOU CAN BET IT WILL BE WITH DORLI AND ISLAND SURF. MUCH MAHALO, BOB & MEGANAdditional Fees and Policies:
* 13.42 % Hawaiian tax and $ 45 Registration/booking Fee is added to all bookings
* We ask for a 7nt minimum booking.
* Less than 7nt minimum bookings are only available if they fit between other
bookings and will include a Cleaning Fee.
* Please e-mail to confirm dates before sending payments
* We give discounts for 2 wweeks or more bookings or back to back bookings. (e-mail for detailed pricequote.)
Damage Protection:
We ask for a Deposit of $ 200 for our 1bd. and $ 400 for our 2bd. condos
(or any booking with children), made into our Pay Pal account 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Assuming there is no damage to the property during your stay, the Deposit will be refunded to you within 9 days after your departure.
If you provide us with your CC info to pay for your condo, no payment is required as we are using a Damage Waver protection policy outlined in the rental agreement.
Or you may mail a check if you prefer.
PAYMENTS DUE:
30% due at booking time to reserve any dates.
Full Payment is due for all bookings within the following arrival dates:
60 days during LOW season
90 days during HIGH season
120 days for PEAK Season)

Cancellations and Changes in Reservations:
* All Cancellations will incur a $ 400 non-refundable Fee. In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus above fee, written cancellations must be made within at least 60 days (90 days for Peak/High Season) prior to your scheduled arrival.* If a reservation is canceled with written notice, within the above days you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented. We try our VERY best to re-book your dates and we have been 98% successful. If the property is re-rented, we will gladly refund the pro-rata amount back to you. * We can not move your reservation to other dates unless your original dates can be
rebooked, therefore the same cancellation rules as listed above apply.WE ARE A PRIVATE OWNER AND CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE REFUND
FOR DATES THAT WHERE RESERVED FOR YOU.
Even though we try very hard to re-book and most of the time it works,
we still REOCMEND THAT YOU RESEARCH THE OPTION OF TRAVELINSURANCE.
