All our condos have magnificent and unobstructed ocean and mountain views with completely private lanais for your enjoyment.

There is a street in front of the building that you have to cross to get to the beach.

You will hear the cars on and off but it will slow down at night. You are in the center of vacation activities

The condo complex is located in sunny South Kihei and is called Island Surf.

All the units are overlooking a great PARK and have beautiful views of the blue ocean and the shorelines along WAILEA and past MAKENA BEACH. You can also enjoy views up to the green foothills of Maui's 10,023 ft

The best thing about these condos besides the view is their location. You are in walking distance to everything !!

kid-friendly KAMAOLE BEACH I.

The beach is a mile long and is part

1 of 3 magnificent beaches called

KAMAOLE BEACH I, II & III.

(which are all connected for a great

long beach walk/run)

Besides delightful soft white sand,

all these beaches have wonderful parks with large trees for shade

and inviting grass areas. They all include showers, picnic - tables, restrooms and lifeguard stations.

These pictures are just a tiny attempt to capture the beauty and radiance of this great and never too crowded beach.

While enjoying our completely private lanai (patio), you can take in magnificent sunsets or youcan enjoy watching swimmers, surfers and kayakers play in the crystal clear water with an average temperature of 79°.

Many great shopping centers, with both casual and fine dining restaurants,

grocery stores, farmers markets and live entertainment are within

walking distance.

All our units have easy parking in the lot behind the building with elevator access to

the units.

If you have lots of toys and chairs to carry, which we provide in the condo, there is a convenient parking lot with plenty of parking and it is about a 1 min drive from the condo.

Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast,

HAS THE BEST SWIMMING BEACHES AND WEATHER ON ALL OF MAUI.

The average annual rainfall is less than 9 inches.

If you like to avoid the rain during your vacation, this is the side to stay!

Maui's south side, is all about beaches.

Along the six-mile stretch of beach that fronts Kihei Road there are a number of attractive spots for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and picnicking,

It may take you a few days to enjoy them all, and you'd better stock up on sunscreen. This is the sunniest area on the island, protected from clouds and rain by Haleakala.

This is our favorite beach called CHARLEY YOUNG BEACH, that turns into KAMAOLE BEACH 1. Our Island Surf condos are 1 block north of here.

This is the least crowded of the 3 Kamaole Beaches.

If 1 block is too far, there is a small sandy beach right across from the condo and next to the park. Very protected with calm water, perfect for little cuties.

(open 24hrs) and they offer great locally grown fruits and veggies and fresh fish.

You can jog or walk along the 3 Kamaole Beaches. (No hills until you hit Wailea for about 5 miles)

World famous Golfing, like Makena Golf is only 5 minutes to the south.

Kihei Boat ramp for sight seeing, Boating, Snorkeling, Whale watching etc. is 5 min. south from the condo.

Dorli,

Just wanted you to know we really enjoyed our time in your unit.

We found the unit to be very comfortable, easy to keep clean, and the many

magazines about Maui most helpful.

Morning coffee on the lanai, meals on the lanai and generally sitting on the lanai during sunset into darkness.

You are fortunate to have found that condo location.

in my view, outstanding from many viewpoints especially the view of the ocean. I could see the ocean, hear the ocean, and smell the ocean. Those three ingredients are what I always look for when visiting any seashore.

We arrived in Maui after sundown and by the time I got the car rented it was dark.

You driving directions were great but I had difficulty seeing streets signs in the dark.

I was totally confused after a bit and stopped in a Foodland to buy a Maui map.

I was studying that map when an employee asked me if I needed help.

I asked her if she knew of the Island Surf condos. She said I was within two blocks of it.

How could I have been so confused but arrived so close to the unit!

We will keep you in mind the next time we decide to visit Maui.
