WOW, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT DORLI! HER PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WERE EXCEPTIONAL.
WE WERE SAD TO SAY THAT DUE TO ATA AIRLINES GOING UNDER WE WERE FORCED TO CANCEL OUR TRIP.
HOWEVER DORLI WAS VERY CONSIDERATE IN GIVING US A FULL REFUND. WHEN THINGS CALM DOWN AND WE RETURN TO MAUI YOU CAN BET IT WILL BE WITH DORLI AND ISLAND SURF. BOB & MEGAN
We can not guarantee a refund for every guest, but in this case it worked out that we were able to rebook the dates.
Additional Fees and Policies:
* 13.42 % Hawaiian tax and $ 45 Registration/booking Fee is added to all bookings
* Cleaning Fee ($ 100 - $ 150 depending on condo
* We ask for a 7nt minimum booking.
* Less than 7nt minimum bookings are only available if they fit between other bookings
* We give discounts for back to back bookings. (Bookings that fit between existing ones.)
* We give discounts for bookings 3 weeks or longer

In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus above fee, written cancellations must be made within at least 60 days (90 days for Peak or High Season) prior to your scheduled arrival.
* If a reservation is canceled with written notice, within the above days

WE ARE A PRIVATE OWNER AND CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE REFUND FOR DATES THAT WHERE RESERVED FOR YOU. Even though we try very hard to re-book and most of the time it works,(99% success rate) we still REOCMMEND THAT YOU RESEARCH THE OPTION OF TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned making a commitment ahead of time. (Many airline offer these when booking your flights.)
